Our Payouts
The amount we pay you for the gold you send to us depends solely on the quality and quantity of the gold you send.
This is how your pay out is determined:
- We will inventory your items once your Return Gold pack is received.
- Your items will be professionally appraised by our trained and experienced appraisers who will test and verify to determine in what purity the precious metal exists ("quality").
- Your items are then weighed to determine the quantity of precious metals that exist ("quantity").
- Based on our professional appraisal, we will determine a payout which will be based on the price of that metal on the date which we receive it. At that time, a check will be mailed to you for that amount.
Please keep in mind that when you send your items to us, we will be paying you solely on the value of the gold which is contained within the item, not on the ornamental value of the item. Rest assured that King Cash Gold offers a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your payout, you can request that your items be returned to you without any obligations.
