How much do you pay for my gold?
Your gold items will be professional evaluated in our state of the art gold testing facility for proper valuation of the actual weight and karat of the precious metal content. Once your gold is appraised by us, we will send you a complete settlement break down by piece along with the payment.

What is your policy if I am unsatisfied with the money I receive?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the payment we send you, and would like your items back, simply call 1-800-973-3996 within 48 hours of receipt or within 10 days of the date printed on the check and you will receive instructions for the return of your gold. We will promptly return all of your items. No questions asked.
How do I get paid?
We will mail you a check payable under your personal name. Once we have finished evaluating your items, you will receive a check at your door within days.
Is the Gold Pack that I receive totally free?
Yes! We will send you a Gold Pack with instructions and a pre-paid, insured Gold Return Pack, so you can send your items to us.
How do I use the Gold Pack return kit?
If you are unsatisfied with the check you receive, and would like for us to return your items, simply call 1-866-666-6666 within 48 hours of receipt or within 12 days of the date which was printed on the check you received. You will be provided with instructions for the return of your gold. As per our Satisfaction Guarantee, we will promptly return all of your items, no questions asked.
Is my Gold Return Pack safe & secure?
Absolutely. It is 100% safe & secure to send your gold back to us, using the insured Gold Return Pack we provide to you.
How will I know when you receive my Gold Return Pack?
You can track your gold pack using the tracking number that was provided in the Gold Pack we sent you. Once you send us your Gold Return Pack, we should receive it in our appraisal warehouse within 1-2 days.
When will I receive my check?
Once we finish appraising the contents of your Gold Pack, we will send you a check within days. The process is fast & easy!
How long does the process take?
It normally takes 2-3 days for you to receive the initial Gold Pack. Once you send us your pre-paid Gold Return Pack, using the instructions in the Gold Pack, we will receive your items within 1-2 days. We will appraise your items, and send you a check within the next 1-3 days. On average, the entire process takes anywhere from 5-7 days, from the date you request the Gold Pack.
What should I do if the Gold Pack is too small to hold all my items?

What should I do if I am not sure something is made of gold?
Our testing experts will test for precious metal content when we received the items from you. You may send in these of items and our testing experts will be able to detect if the item is made of real gold, and they will also be able to determine the actual karat value. You can also try to run a magnet over the piece of jewelry at home, to determine if it is real. Precious metals are not magnetic, so if the item is magnetic (and therefore attaches to the magnet), you will know that the item does not contain any precious metals.
Will you accept items that contain "gemstones"?
We do not purchase gemstones at this time, so they would not be included in your payout. We can still accept the piece if it includes gemstones, but will not be able to pay for the stones. We recommend that if the stone is of any value to you at all, that you remove it before sending in the item to us. Please note that we cannot return the stones once you accept our payout offer, so please make sure to remove the stones prior to sending your items to us.
What types of gold items do you accept?
King Cash Gold purchases pretty much any type of gold in ANY condition, as long as it is real gold.
Typical gold markings include:
- North American: 8k, 9k, 9kt, 9ct, 10k, 10kt, 10KP, 14k, 14kt, 18k, 18kt, 19k, 21k, 22k, 22kt, 24k, 24kt
